As the RAC have been serving motorists since 1897 they felt it was their duty to provide their members with a network of Approved Garages they can trust. When you use an RAC Approved Garage, you will receive the same great service that RAC patrols deliver to it’s members.

RAC Warranty Approved Garage

Priorslee Motor Services Telford are an approved RAC Warranty Repair Garage. We have undergone strict & robust vetting to meet the RAC’s high standards and passed in 2022 with 94%.

We deal with any RAC warranty, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Platinum Plus and contact the RAC claims team on your behalf. Depending on the warranty you have, you may need to pay to diagnose the problem:

If you have a Platinum Plus warranty: RAC will cover your diagnostics charge to diagnose what’s wrong.

If you have a Platinum, Gold or Silver warranty: you’ll need to cover the initial diagnosis cost.

We will give you an honest assessment of any faults found and providing your warranty covers the mechanical failure you will leave happy and with NO bill to pay – we claim on your behalf so you are not out of pocket whilst you wait for the claim to be finalised.
